Check out last week’s dinner planner to see some easy ideas for Mother’s Day brunch or breakfast! Or make the simple French Strawberry Cake I just posted. Couldn’t be easier and everyone loves it. Last year my kids made me the Apple-Blackberry Breakfast Crisp from “Kitchen Matters” and a savory Dutch Baby. Make something for the mom in your life! Dinner Planner – Week of May 3rd, 2021
Two of my absolute favorite bootcamps ARE BACK THIS WEEK!! Entertaining with Ease starts Wednesday and Plant-Based 2.0 starts Thursday! I would love to teach you everything you need to know to effortlessly have friends over as often as you want and/or advance your knowledge of plant-based eating and cooking. Both of these courses received rave reviews and I know you will learn so much. It’s fun to take my bootcamps live so you can ask me anything you want in real time and have the support of other students, but all classes are available to watch on your own time as often as you like!
May I entice you with discount codes to sweeten the deal?
Use EWE100 for $100 off the Entertaining course and YESPB2 for $100 off the Plant-Based 2.0 course. I also have payment plans available! Click the links with the codes to learn more. They’d be great Mother’s Day gifts!! Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading

The fam and I are in Montecito visiting friends for the weekend. Â I absolutely love it here and if Hubs said, “let’s retire in Montecito,” I’d say, “I’ll start packing!” Â My friend Chrissy is a great plant-based cook and we always have fun in the kitchen together. Â We decided it would be fun to do an IG live together on Saturday at 5:00 pm PT! Â We should be able to pull this off after a Pickleball match with the guys! Dinner Planner – Week of April 12th, 2021
I had a lovely, lovely week with my family on Long Island. Easter was simple but just right. We had a delightful meal that we didn’t work too hard to pull together, and we enjoyed lots of spring veggies and the like. It was a nice break for me as well, but I am back to regularly scheduled programming. I will be doing my Instagram LIVE on Monday at 5:00 pm. I’ll see if I can get Hubs to join me. My newest bootcamp launched this past week and I am beyond excited with the fabulous group who decided to join me. If you are interested in participating in future bootcamps, make sure you are subscribed to my website so you’re the first to hear. In May I am repeating Entertaining with Ease and I may also repeat Plant-Based 2.0! Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading
Dinner Planner – Week of April 5th, 2021
Happy Holy Week if you are observing the Easter holiday! I’m enjoying a wonderful week with my family and we are all trying to relax and focus on being present with each other.
In other news, I have a brand new MEAL PLANNING * MEAL PREP * BATCH COOKING bootcamp that starts this week! I have created several wonderful 4-week online courses in the last year. Most people have participated live in my courses although it’s not essential, and most people who have taken my bootcamps have joined multiple! Why is that a point worth mentioning? Because I have poured so much relevant information into these courses and my goal has always been to CHANGE THE GAME, according to whatever the subject matter is, and the feedback has been incredibly positive. I would love to help you cook more at home in a way that fits your lifestyle. There isn’t one way to eat healthfully. There isn’t one way to meal plan or meal prep. Let me help you save money, eat better, stress less. Use the code MEAL100 to save $100 on this course. Click here to learn more and to register. Spots are limited!

I love this time of year. Spring is Mother Nature’s New Year, and I really feel as though we have a fresh start. I am looking forward to celebrating the Easter holidays with my family and taking a little break from work. This week I finished the Healthy Cooking Made Quick & Easy bootcamp as well as my intro Plant Based 1.0 bootcamp. I had two absolutely fabulous groups and we really enjoyed zooming together! If you are curious about my upcoming bootcamps, I am in the process of recording my newest course, Meal Planning/Meal Prep/Batch Cooking. I have LOADS to teach you, so I’d love to see you in class. Email sign-ups go out on Monday and class starts the week of April 5th! If you would like to be on that email list, just subscribe to my website (it’s free!)

Passover is coming soon and Easter comes about 8 days after that! I just started my dessert-making today with the Lemon Ice Torte since it’s a frozen dessert. I’m headed to visit my mom and my sisters in New York next weekend, but I wanted to make a few Passover desserts for my husband to bring to his family’s celebration. I’ll probably make the same ones for Easter, too! Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading
