Thank you for your interest in my classes! I teach healthful cooking classes throughout Los Angeles and the South Bay. The classes are demonstration and I teach 5 seasonal, whole foods-based recipes. At the end of the 2-hour lesson, you eat a full meal and take home a packet of the recipes. Please note I am not teaching any in-person classes for 2021.
