Dinner Planner – Week of August 2nd, 2021

I just arrived in Boston to help my daughter Anna move into her new apartment!  Many of my Instagram friends have gotten to know Anna over the last year+ because she has been my right hand during so many IG lives.  Exciting times for her to start her new job and her new life.  A little sad for Mom of course!  I’ll be back for my regular IG live on Monday though.

I have been chatting with my monthly online cooking class students and I think I am going to switch our format to the bootcamp format where I watch the pre-recorded class with you and answer questions in the chat in real time as well as have a live Q&A after class.  Click here for more information about my monthly online classes.  It’s 5 new recipes every month (and all the tips and techniques) that I keep exclusive for 1 year!  Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading

Bootcamps are back and if you haven’t taken one with me, I am repeating my two most popular bootcamps this week and these will not be offered again this year!! I have received rave reviews from Plant Based 1.0 and Meal Planning/Meal Prep/Batch Cooking.  I am teaching skills for life.  I am changing the way you see things.  I am your personal kitchen coach for 4 weeks.  Click the links for more info and for my website subscribers, I am sweetening the offer with a $100 discount.  Use the code PB100 for the Plant Based course and MEAL100 for the Meal Planning course!  Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading

Dinner Planner – Week of July 19th, 2021

When I taught in-person classes, I normally took July off since so many people would travel during that time. I did the same last year and this year with my bootcamps, but the monthly online class is up!  And, it’s time to get back to bootcamps!  Beginning the week of July 26, I will be repeating

Meal Plan / Meal Prep / Batch Cooking

Plant Based 1.0

I had incredibly positive feedback from everyone who took these bootcamps and I’d love to have you join them so I can change your cooking life!  Please join the waitlist here to be the first to know when they are open for registration. Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading

Well, we had a great trip in Boston and New York, and although it was an ordeal to get back home, we eventually made it!  My monthly online cooking class students, forgive me, but our class will be uploaded a wee bit after the usual 10th of the month.  But I promise, it will be worth it!!  IG lives will be back this Monday at 5 pm PT and Hubs will join!  Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading

We are on the move again!  This weekend Hubs and I are taking Anna and Mr. Picky to Boston to poke around and help Anna find an apartment since she’ll be moving there in August for her new job.  From there, we head down to Long Island for our annual summer trip to my mom’s house with my sisters and their families.  Fingers crossed for good weather!  We will be on the East coast for July 4th for a change 🙂 I have lots of great ideas in this week’s dinner planner for your July 4th weekend parties, and do follow along on Instagram this week where I’ll be posting lots of easy, festive ideas for the 4th!  Here’s your dinner planner for the week:Continue reading

Dinner Planner – Week of June 14th, 2021

There’s a lot of excitement in the Salzman household lately.  My oldest daughter who lives in Dallas is going back to the office.  My younger daughter just got a job in Boston and is moving this summer. Mr. Picky, my youngest child (and who truly can no longer be considered “picky” by most standards), has just completed the 11th grade!  And, as many of you know, we are moving this week!  It’s a house just a mile away, and I will take you with me.  However our LAST Instagram live from this kitchen will be on Monday!
