I had a great 2 days in New York! I was able to squeeze in a visit with my parents see one of my sisters and her family, and a couple of my cousins, plus some blogger friends and the highlight of my trip was doing a segment on The Rachael Ray Show. Â It was one of the best media experiences I have ever had. Â She is running a great operation over there and it was a total thrill to do a segment with her. Â I’ll let you know when the episode will air! Â In the meantime, I need to plan some dinners for next week:Continue reading
Dinner Planner: Week of October 23rd 2017
This was a great week, but I’m a wee bit exhausted. Â No rest for the weary, however. Â I’m off to NYC on Tuesday for a couple of days. Â Stay tuned for details! Here’s your dinner planner for this week:
Dinner Planner: Week of October 16th 2017
I saw a quote on Hoda Kotb’s Instagram feed, “Friday the 13th is still better than Monday the whatever.”  Love that. 🙂  This felt like a looooong week.  Lots of great stuff coming up this week like a book signing at Salutations Home in Pasadena on Monday, October 16th from 9:45 am to 11:45 am.  Then I am taping a segment on Hallmark’s “Home & Family” on Thursday which will air Friday, October 20th.  Annnnnd, I’m teaching 4 classes!  Hope you guys have a great weekend!

Dinner Planner: Week of October 9th 2017
This was not the best of weeks, I think we can all agree on that.  I valued even more the gift of sitting down with my family each night to be together and share a meal that I cooked with love.  I know cooking can be hard to fit into a busy life, but do what you can.  It’s important to eat well, and cooking at home is the best way.  🙂  Try to write down a dinner planner for the week and you’ll be more likely to stick to it!  Here’s a dinner planner I am sharing with you this week:
Dinner Planner: Week of October 2nd 2017
I’ve been a little overwhelmed and understaffed at Pamela Salzman Headquarters this week, so I apologize for the lack of new blogposts. Â I had a great time in Dallas seeing my daughters, teaching a class, at a book signing and at the FOX station for a cooking segment. Â In between my trip and some classes in LA, I had a fabulous time at Room at the Beach in Malibu cooking and signing books.
I have also been doing some last minute editing on a new round of videos for Instagram, which I think you will love!

I’m in Dallas for the weekend for family weekend at the girls’ school. Â And it’s my older daughter’s birthday, so we’ll be doing lots of celebrating! Â I’m staying a few days extra to teach a private class at my friend Lisa’s house, do a book signing at Interabang Books, and a cookign sgement on the FOX channel. Â Busy, busy!

Football season has started which is very exciting! Â And coincidentally so has soccer season and for some reason Mr. Picky’s soccer games are often scheduled at the same time as the game I want to watch LOL!
Also, I have received a lot of emails from people in Florida who are still without power who want to sign up for the Clean Eating Batch Cooking online course I developed. Â Week 1 started on September 11th and the cart was going to close this weekend, but Clean Eating will keep the cart open one more week through September 24! Â Click here for the 7-week version and here for the 6-week Vegetarian Times version. Â And, Week 1 will be available even if you have missed it. Â Hoping all of you that have been affected by Hurricane Harvey or Irma are back on your feet as soon as possible!

Dinner Planner: Week of September 11, 2017
We made it through the first week of school! Â And I made it through my first week back teaching cooking classes, AKA my real job. Â I had to be really organized this week for breakfast (my son needs to eat by 6:30 am!), lunch (school lunch, you know) and dinner. Â Yikes! Â Follow me on Instagram where I have been doing some live videos during dinner prep, and it’s not too late to sign up for my course on batch cooking that I developed for Clean Eating Magazine. Â It starts on Monday!
I’ve had some feedback about posting the dinner planner earlier, on Saturdays. Â Seems like many of you prefer that. Â Let me know if you’d like this to continue on Saturdays or go back to Sundays.
