I just came back from a few days in the desert for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament.  It’s my favorite desert event, and it once again did not disappoint.  One of the most common questions I receive is “where can I find your desert recommendations?”  One of the reasons I moved my newsletter to Substack is for the ability to search through the archive of past newsletters.  Go to my Substack.  Tap the word “archive” and type in the search icon whatever you are looking for.  Question for you – I am considering NOT sending out two separate emails for my dinner planner which is published on my site on Friday nights and for the new recipe of the week, typically published on Wednesdays.  Another option is to publish the dinner planner in the free section of my newsletter.  If you have thoughts about this, let me know!  Here’s your dinner planner for the week:

Meatless Monday: Persian green pasta with fava beans, peas, and dill from Sydney Navid, broccolini with lemon breadcrumbs (you can omit the breadcrumbs if using them in the pasta)

Tuesday: Everyday turmeric chicken, cooked rice, cauliflower rice or mejadra rice with lentils + favorite roasted vegetable

Wednesday: Tex-mex stuffed sweet potato skins, green salad with everyday salad dressing #2

Thursday: Baked parmesan chicken caprese collard greens salad with lemon-parmesan dressing. Add garlic bread if you want a little something more.

Friday: Zesty lemon quinoawhole roasted branzino (so easy, try it!), grilled or steamed whole artichokes (using the dipping sauce in the recipe or just make a balsamic vinaigrette).

Saturday Brunch: Blueberry oatmeal soufflé

Sunday: Broccoli, celery root and spinach soup from Kitchen Matters you can add cooked quinoa and white beans or chickpeas to make this a hearty meal or a grilled cheese or quesadilla.

I have LOVED seeing all your creations of my recipes on Instagram. If you make any of my recipes, please tag me @pamelasalzman #pamelasalzman so I can check them out! I have a free Monday newsletter with my thoughts, new recipes, and things I’m loving lately. Subscribe here!
