This was a great week! I was in NY for a few days and spent some time with my family. I also cooked the chipotle turkey chili from my cookbook in an Instagram Live at The Feed Feed. You can find that footage here if you missed it. And, I taped a fantastic segment with one of my faves, Rachael Ray, on what you can do to get ahead of the game three weeks before Thanksgiving! That episode airs Friday, November 2nd. Check your local listings for channel and time. My girls are home for the weekend because we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of my husband’s parents. I am beyond excited to spend time with them!!

Here’s your dinner planner for the week:
Meatless Monday: Broccoli Caesar Salad from Bon Appetit. Garnish with roasted slivered almonds. Serve with avocado toast + everything but the bagel seasoning.
Tuesday: Whole roasted slow cooker chicken with carrots, sauteed greens of choice
Halloween: Turkey Chili or your favorite chili recipe + a topping bar and cornbread
Thursday: Leftover turkey chili over roasted sweet potatoes or baked potatoes + steamed cauliflower
Friday: Miso glazed cod + ginger slaw from my cookbook and roasted delicata squash
Saturday Brunch/Lunch: Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal served with fresh fruit and full fat greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
Sunday: Cassoulet-style chicken and sausages, green salad with everyday salad dressing #1 or 2
Here’s what you can do ahead if you need to:
Wash all greens
Make all vinaigrettes
Prep topping ingredients
Mix dry ingredients for cornbread
Make turkey chili
Prep delicata squash
