Thanksgiving is this week!! I am looking forward to spending the holiday with my family. The food is always fun, but definitely secondary. I have no more new recipes coming this week because you all should have committed to a menu by now. If not, do it so you can start prepping! Meatless Monday: Naan pizza (spread your favorite topping on fresh naan bread from the store and roast in the oven until ingredients are warmed and cheese is melted), green salad with Everyday Salad Dressing #1
Tuesday: Easy no-fail roast chicken served with Swiss Chard and Kale Gratin
Wednesday: Keep it simple! Shrimp Pesto Pasta by Shawn Williams (Kitchen Swagger) + roasted asparagus or broccoli
