This looks terrific and our friend who is a vegan is coming over for a party next week. Any chance you can give me the actual recipe? I am a huge fan of your recipes- I’ve made a ton (mostly non-vegan) and loved every one. I have your first cookbook and am excited to see there is a second in the works 🙂
