I would love to make chia seed pudding right and I’ve had it in different restaurants. Every time I make it, it comes out very runny, never the consistency of pudding. I’ve tried blending it, mixing quinoa in it, adding coconut cream to it. I don’t want to give up but this runny stuff is not good.
If you follow this recipe with these exact proportions, it will turn out exactly like the photos. If that is still not thick enough for you, use a few Tablespoons less liquid. 🙂
