  2. I would love to make chia seed pudding right and I’ve had it in different restaurants. Every time I make it, it comes out very runny, never the consistency of pudding. I’ve tried blending it, mixing quinoa in it, adding coconut cream to it. I don’t want to give up but this runny stuff is not good.

    • If you follow this recipe with these exact proportions, it will turn out exactly like the photos. If that is still not thick enough for you, use a few Tablespoons less liquid. 🙂
