I cant thank you enough for the video and the confidence to make our own 25lb turkey! It was perfectly moist and so easy, which I needed with 23 people in my house! I used your gravy recipe too! All so splendid! I adore your recipes and your blog! Thanks so much!

Ohhh and how could I forget….I used the mashed potato recipe too! It was my husbands job to do this one and I bought him a ricer. He is a firm believer that a ricer does the best mashed pots! THanks again!
