Orange Juice-Cinnamon Overnight Oats with Cacao Nibs

Ingredients

cup
100% orange juice
1
cup
old fashioned rolled oats
1
cup
almond milk
unsweetened or sweetened (or milk of choice) or half yogurt, half almond milk for a thicker porridge

Tablespoons
chia seeds
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
½
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Scoop of collagen powder
if desired

Tablespoons
raw cacao nibs
Pinch
of sea salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine so that all the ingredients are covered with liquid.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and stir once to blend the chia seeds throughout. Eat as is or with desired toppings.
Notes
Use less almond milk for a very thick porridge.
Use fortified orange juice to get even more immune-supporting nutrients
